Another phone that (just like all the other QWERTY slide-outs) shuts itself off multiple times every day. Not only is it aggravating, but it is a liability when you are trying to do business. Also reboots whenever it feels like it; screen flashes, makes jet engine whooooosh sound, goes blank, then comes back on. Seems like all these sliders do the same thing. Give me my good old Samsung "clamshell" flip-phone. Five years and never had a problem (but texting was a pain in the butt - which was why I switched to the Evergreen with QWERTY.) Does anybody have a slider that is reliable?

Great phone, but it has one very serious problem. Faulty software. Phone has a mind of its own; turns itself off with no warning, at least 5-6 times a day, oftentimes when you hit SEND for a text. Put it on charge when you go to bed, and you wake up and its turned itself off. Waiting for a call from an important client? Too bad - you missed it, 'cause the phone turned itself off. I'm on my 3rd replacement phone and this one does it too. ATT is clueless as to what the problem is. I'm demanding a switch to another make and model.

Absolutely HATE this phone. Shuts off on me always. Did get it replaced yesterday and the new one does the same thing. Cant wait to complain again. Tired of them saying its not their fault!

		by timothy summers -- June 25th 2011 -- el paso, TX I am on my 3rd phone of this model. I have had problems with the phone itself shutting off by itself multiple times everyday. I had it replaced and the next phone did the same thing several times over 3 weeks.
