RIM has missed the mark. My phone arrived defective out of the box. I had to take it to a Sprint store for repair. I waited a long time for the new Blackberry to come out. I was a die hard Blackberry user, but those days are over. Can't wait for my contract to end, I will switch to iPhone when they introduce a 4g model.

After having this phone for days now, I love it. The picture is really great, and the speed of the phone is super. After having a Storm 9550, typing on it takes a little time to get use to. Other than that, great job RIM.
